Hit the sack

 I was looking for some solution to my exact answer but Google says something funny, that if you are hating yourself, go start looking for something to love yourself instead of giving my answer. I want to know what exactly to do if I hate myself so much. Like I do but I don't fucking know what to do about it.

I know i used to expect a lot from people but that was so fucking much years ago. Nobody cares, not even the fuck of me so why does my brain keeps going over this question that I want to hate myself. I am so fucking dumb all the time.
It all sounds fake but I bet it would be historic if I could prove it.
